Ingredients
- 8 ounces campanelle or corkscrew pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make pasta with garlic & parsley

Step 1Cook pasta using package directions; drain well.

Step 2Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook garlic in hot olive oil until golden, about 3 minutes.

Step 3Add the parsley, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to the saucepan. Cook, stirring continually, for 3 minutes.

Step 4Combine pasta and garlic mixture in a large bowl and toss to mix well. Serve warm.
