parmesan & parsley egg noodles

This is a tasty side pasta that goes good with any meal. The no yolk pasta is light and makes for a perfect side dish. It only has 4 ingredients that are always in the pantry if you don't have fresh. I hope you enjoy my recipe!

Ingredients

  • - eggs noodles cooked
  • - fresh italian parsley
  • - dried parmesan cheese
  • - butter

How To Make parmesan & parsley egg noodles

  • Step 1
    Drain your noodles and rinse then put in a pan and melt just enough butter to give it a coating. Add cut up fresh parsley and mix.
  • Step 2
    Serve on a plate and sprinkle liberally the parmesan cheese on the noodles.
