  • 4 c
    spinach, fresh
  • 1 box
    bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 c
    toasted pine nuts
  • 14 oz
    mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 c
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1/4 c

  • 1/3 c
    teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 c
    rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder & onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable or canola oil

How to Make Mandarin spinach salad


  1. Cook and drain pasta.

    Toast pine nuts.

    Add in dried cherries, mandarin, cilantro and pine nuts.
  2. Rinse and prep spinach.
  3. Make dressing.

    Combine all and chill.
