Ingredients
- 4 cups spinach, fresh
- 1 box bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
- 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
- 14 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- DRESSING
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder & onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
How To Make mandarin spinach salad

Step 1Cook and drain pasta. Toast pine nuts. Add in dried cherries, mandarin, cilantro and pine nuts.

Step 2Rinse and prep spinach.

Step 3Make dressing. Combine all and chill.
