Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 2/3 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups dry couscous
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make lemon and cilantro couscous

Step 1Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and turmeric; stir 1 minute.

Step 2Add broth, lemon zest, and coarse salt; bring to boil.

Step 3Remove pan from heat. Stir in couscous. Cover; let stand until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.

Step 4Fluff with fork; mix in cilantro and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
