Delicious and goes great w/ a meat dish. I adapted this from one of my dads recipes.

8 oz
no-yolk noodles
16 oz
container light sour cream
1/4 c
melted butter
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper each
1 tsp
minced garlic
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
freeze dried parsley for garnish

How to Make Healthy Romanoff noodles


  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.
  • 2Cook noodles as directed, drain. Stir sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and garlic into noodles.
  • 3Spoon mix into baking dish. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 20 mins. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
