Ingredients
- 8 ounces no-yolk noodles
- 16 ounces container light sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper each
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - freeze dried parsley for garnish
How To Make healthy romanoff noodles

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.

Step 2Cook noodles as directed, drain. Stir sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and garlic into noodles.

Step 3Spoon mix into baking dish. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 20 mins. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
