Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 medium yellow squash (shredded
- 3-4 cups shredded sharp chedder cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- CROCK POT MACCORRONI AND CHEESE
- 1 box shell maccorroni pasta
How To Make healthy mac and cheese

Step 1Pre-cook the pasta till they are almost done.

Step 2Wile they are cooking mince the onion and shred the squash.

Step 3In a large crock pot add the oil and onion and begin cooking. ( For cooking in 3-4 hours put on low for 1.5-2 hour cooking use on High)

Step 4Drain the pasta.

Step 5Add the pasta to the oil and onion. Then begin adding all other ingredients. Stir the mixture and let cook.
