Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    2% milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 2 medium
    yellow squash (shredded
  • 3-4 c
    shredded sharp chedder cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • CROCK POT MACCORRONI AND CHEESE

  • 1 box
    shell maccorroni pasta

How to Make Healthy Mac and Cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-cook the pasta till they are almost done.
  2. Wile they are cooking mince the onion and shred the squash.
  3. In a large crock pot add the oil and onion and begin cooking. ( For cooking in 3-4 hours put on low for 1.5-2 hour cooking use on High)
  4. Drain the pasta.
  5. Add the pasta to the oil and onion. Then begin adding all other ingredients. Stir the mixture and let cook.
