1Add salt to boiling water and 3/4 lb. wide noodles. Cook until tender and drain.
Heat 1/2 cup lard in frying pan and add 1 cup regular cream of wheat.
When browned add enough hot water to thicken. Put noodles over cream of wheat and mix well.
Each person put sugar over the grease noodles and serve with any kind of fruit.
I usually use butter instead of the grease. and I use cream or milk to thicken. And cook down until thicken to your liking. So good.
