I love noodles and these tasty ones do not disappoint. I could quite happily eat these all by myself.

These tasty noodles are good served hot, cool or at room temperature. They are the perfect accompaniment for meats or seafood.

Personally, I like these with a little bit of thin sliced lettuce or cabbage.

  • 10 oz
    yellow egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 c
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh garlic, smashed, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    soya sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    rice wine
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 4 Tbsp
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch
    salt + pepper, optional

How to Make Easy Garlic Noodles


  1. Put your drained noodles in a large bowl and set aside until needed.
  2. Put a frying pan over low heat and add the butter.
  3. Once the butter is melted add the garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.
  4. Now add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine and sugar. Make sure to mix well.
  5. Take the pan off the heat and add in the noodles.
  6. Toss well to coat the noodles, taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. If using salt and pepper add in now.
  7. When ready to eat, put the noodles on serving plates and garnish with the green onions.
