easy garlic noodles
I love noodles and these tasty ones do not disappoint. I could quite happily eat these all by myself. These tasty noodles are good served hot, cool or at room temperature. They are the perfect accompaniment for meats or seafood. Personally, I like these with a little bit of thin sliced lettuce or cabbage.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces yellow egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh garlic, smashed, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch salt + pepper, optional
How To Make easy garlic noodles

Step 1Put your drained noodles in a large bowl and set aside until needed.

Step 2Put a frying pan over low heat and add the butter.

Step 3Once the butter is melted add the garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.

Step 4Now add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine and sugar. Make sure to mix well.

Step 5Take the pan off the heat and add in the noodles.

Step 6Toss well to coat the noodles, taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. If using salt and pepper add in now.

Step 7When ready to eat, put the noodles on serving plates and garnish with the green onions.
