Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic,mashed
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated romano cheese
- 6 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
How To Make basil pesto

Step 1In food processor mince the basil,parsley,nuts and garlic until fine.Add the cheese and the oil and process until blended to consistency of a paste.Add more oil if needed.

Step 2Toss with pasta or vegetables. Drizzle with more oil on top of pasta to keep from drying.Add to baked potato or soups.
