Ingredients

2 c
fresh basil leaves
1/4 c
fresh parsley leaves
3 Tbsp
pine nuts
3 clove
garlic,mashed
1/4 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp
freshly grated romano cheese
6 Tbsp
olive oil or avocado oil
2 c
uncooked pasta

Step-By-Step

1In food processor mince the basil,parsley,nuts and garlic until fine.Add the cheese and the oil and process until blended to consistency of a paste.Add more oil if needed.
2Toss with pasta or vegetables. Drizzle with more oil on top of pasta to keep from drying.Add to baked potato or soups.
