- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 bag organic tortilla chips
- 2 pounds pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can nachos cheese sauce
- 2 cups jalapeno rings

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. cook onion until softened, about 4 minutes , add garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt and cook until fragrant, Add ground turkey and cook, breaking meat into small bits with wooden spoon, when no longer pink then add tomato paste, sugar, chipotle, and cook until paste is darken.
