  • 3 tablespoons shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped canned jalapenos

  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 3 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 pound organic ground turkey
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chile
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 bag organic tortilla chips
  • 2 pounds pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can nachos cheese sauce
  • 2 cups jalapeno rings
  • - salsa

How To Make ultimate spicy ground turkey nachos

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. cook onion until softened, about 4 minutes , add garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt and cook until fragrant, Add ground turkey and cook, breaking meat into small bits with wooden spoon, when no longer pink then add tomato paste, sugar, chipotle, and cook until paste is darken.
