Ingredients
- 1 pound white button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup italian style dried bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- - black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil to drizzle
- - olive oil spray
How To Make easy peasy roasted mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Slice off the bottom of the mushroom stems, and then wipe dirt off mushrooms with a damp paper towel.

Step 3Quarter or halve mushrooms, depending on size.

Step 4Sprinkle the 2 T. water in the bottom of a 13" x 9" pan, then place the mushrooms in the pan in a single layer. Season mushrooms with salt & pepper.

Step 5In a small bowl combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, thyme, garlic.

Step 6Combine mixture & sprinkle evenly on top of mushrooms.

Step 7Place dish on open door of dishwasher & drizzle evenly with olive oil, and then spray top with olive oil spray.

Step 8Bake uncovered until mushrooms are golden, about 20 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
