Ingredients
- 1 gallon hamburger dill sliced pickles
- 5 pounds sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bottle 2 ounce tobasco sauce
How To Make tobasco pickles

Step 1Drain all the juice from pickles. Rinse in cold water and let drain a few minutes. Remove from jar.

Step 2Fill jar 1/2 full with pickles, add 1/2 of the sugar, place other 1/2 of pickles on top of sugar, and add the rest of the sugar. Pour tobasco on top, place clove of garlic on top. Be sure lid is placed on tightly.

Step 3Every day, turn the jar. One day on the lid, the next day right side up, until the sugar is dissolved. This takes about 6 days. Serve cold.
