How to Make Tobasco Pickles
- 1Drain all the juice from pickles. Rinse in cold water and let drain a few minutes. Remove from jar.
- 2Fill jar 1/2 full with pickles, add 1/2 of the sugar, place other 1/2 of pickles on top of sugar, and add the rest of the sugar. Pour tobasco on top, place clove of garlic on top. Be sure lid is placed on tightly.
- 3Every day, turn the jar. One day on the lid, the next day right side up, until the sugar is dissolved. This takes about 6 days. Serve cold.
