this is a new twist on pickles. It's an old recipe but it sounds good.

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon hamburger dill sliced pickles
  • 5 pounds sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bottle 2 ounce tobasco sauce

How To Make tobasco pickles

  • Step 1
Drain all the juice from pickles. Rinse in cold water and let drain a few minutes. Remove from jar.
  • Step 2
Fill jar 1/2 full with pickles, add 1/2 of the sugar, place other 1/2 of pickles on top of sugar, and add the rest of the sugar. Pour tobasco on top, place clove of garlic on top. Be sure lid is placed on tightly.
  • Step 3
Every day, turn the jar. One day on the lid, the next day right side up, until the sugar is dissolved. This takes about 6 days. Serve cold.
