Ingredients

    lasagana strips
  • 2 c
    coarsely chopped cooked spinach
  • 2 lb
    small-curd cottage cheese
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 lb
    cloves garlic,peeled and crushed
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    hand full of parsley,chopped
  • 1 lb
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1 c
    coarsley grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
    additional grated parmesan cheese for topping

How to Make SPINACH LASAGNA

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREESE.
  2. COOK LASAGANA ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS AND DRAIN,RUN UNDER COLD WATER,DRAIN AGAIN LAY FLAT IN A SINGLE LAYER ON PAPER TOWELS UNTIL NEEDED.W
  3. DRAIN SPINACH WELL AND SQUEESE JN A FABRIC DISH TOWEL UNTIL ALL MOISTURE IS REMOVED, SER ASIDE.
  4. COMBINE COTTAGE CHEESE,EGGS,GARLIC,SEASONINGS AND PARSLEY,AND MIX WELL UNTIL BLENDED.
  5. IN A WELL GREASED 9-X13-INCH BAKING DISH,PLACE A LAYER OF NOODLES, SPREAD HALF THE COTTAGE CHEESE MIXTURE ON TOP.
  6. FOLLOWED BY HALF THE SPINACH AND HALF THE GRATED CHEESE ,REPEAT LAYERS,ENDING WITH WITH A LAYER OF LASAGANA SPRINKLE WITH ADDITIONAL PARMESAN CHEESE, BAKE 45 MINUTES
