How to Make SPARKLING MUSHROOMS
- Cook mushrooms in oil in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly 1-2 minutes. Add rosemary, salt and pepper, cook 1 minute. Stir in champagne. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Garnish if desires. Makes 2 servings.
