This is my favorite recipe to serve with pork; especially breaded pork tenderloins. It is extremely easy to put together, and when paired with pork, the taste is absolutely gob smacking. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

- PLAN/PURCHASE
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup dried mangos
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped, about 1 tablespoon
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon sweet butter, unsalted
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, i prefer grey poupon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mustard

Step 2Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

Step 3Add all the ingredients, except the butter, Dijon, and dried mustard to a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 4Combine and bring up to a simmer.

Step 5Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6Uncover add the butter, Dijon, and dried mustard.

Step 7Continue to simmer for 5 additional minutes, or until the chutney begins to thicken.

Step 8Chef’s Tip: When pairing this chutney with pork, Dijon is an essential ingredient; however, if you want to use it with chicken, you might want to reduce or even eliminate the Dijon.
