3/4 cdry white wine

1/4 cwhite wine vinegar

3 Tbspwater

1/2 cdried mangos

1/2 cdried cherries

1 smshallot, finely chopped, about 1 tablespoon

2 Tbspcoconut sugar

1 Tbspginger, freshly grated

1 Tbspsweet butter, unsalted

1 Tbspdijon mustard, i prefer grey poupon

1 1/2 tspdried mustard
How To Make side essentials: mango/cherry chutney

2Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

3Add all the ingredients, except the butter, Dijon, and dried mustard to a saucepan over medium heat.

4Combine and bring up to a simmer.

5Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

6Uncover add the butter, Dijon, and dried mustard.

7Continue to simmer for 5 additional minutes, or until the chutney begins to thicken.

8Chef’s Tip: When pairing this chutney with pork, Dijon is an essential ingredient; however, if you want to use it with chicken, you might want to reduce or even eliminate the Dijon.
