My energy paked Kodiak flapjack using pizza dough and fish fry coating and pi bone salmon. This is a grab and go from the fridge make enough to last several days.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups kodiaks cakes whole grain mix
  • 2 cups pizza dough mix
  • 1 cup fish fry coating
  • 5 tablespoons old bay seasoning
  • 3 cups water or milk
  • 4 ounces of coconut oil
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 large salmon filet

  • Step 1
    mix kodiak cakes mix in a bowl with water in different bowl mix pizza dough mix and fish fry coating with water (add oldbay serasoning)
  • Step 2
    if using a defice that will hold each flapjack in place add pizza dough mix first (this being done on a hot grill or stove. Next add kodiak cake mix, place a cut of salmon on top of flapjack dough. Sprinkle with fish fry seasoning when you turn the flapjacks over.
  • Step 3
    cook for 20 min remove your preshapekodiak cakes turn the cakes over so that the bottom side is up and the salmon side in down. place the cakes back on the gril, continue cooking for another 25 min or until done.(remove from grill add oldbay seasoning)
