Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped drained oysters
- 4 - eggs, separated
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon bell pepper, minced (optional)
How To Make oyster fritters

Step 1Beat yolks til thick & creamy. Add onions and bell pepper, salt and pepper then flour a little at a time. Fold in oysters and stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by spoonfuls in hot grease.
