A nice change from the usual cranberry sauce for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags fresh cranberries (16 oz. each)
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup coconut, flaked
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

How To Make nutty coconut cranberry sauce

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients in the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until bubble and cranberries are softened. Cool and chill.
  • Step 3
    Serve cold or re-warmed.
