Ingredients
- 2 medium cauliflower
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- salt and pepper
- Optional hot sauce
How To Make loaded cauliflower

Step 1Steam cauliflower and pour into a serving dish.

Step 2Add sour cream and 2/3 of each of the remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. Salt and pepper to taste

Step 3Top with remaining ingredients and serve hot.
