Weve all hit that "trying to eat better" phase. If you're like me, you simply CANT cut out all those delicious foods! So I've came up with a lower fat option for a classic!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lite mayo
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 bag cole slaw mix
How To Make lightened up coleslaw

Step 1Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl

Step 2Stir in Cole slaw mix. Make sure it is thoroughly coated

Step 3Place lid or plastic wrap on bowl and refrigerated atleast an hour!
