A quick flour mix that is easy to put together. If you are a gluten free baker you already have figured out it is easier to measure using weight than it is to measure by volume( grams vs cups). Since different flours weigh differently you should be using a scale to measure your flours and starches at least for consistent measures. It took me awhile to learn this and now everything comes out right everytime.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams sorghum flour
  • 200 grams millet flour
  • 200 grams white rice flour
  • 200 grams potato starch, not flour
  • 200 grams tapioca flour

How To Make gluten free all purpose flour mix

  • Step 1
Measure and mix all ingredients. Store in cool dry place. I don't add xantham gum to my mix but add for each recipe. Since cookies use less than breads. That way will have the right amount of stretch for each baked goods made.
