Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon finely chopped
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 pounds cabbage finely diced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes ( optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - granny smith apple finely chopped ( optional) give a very special flavor
How To Make fried cabbage dish

Step 1Fry bacon until crisp and well browned. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Add chopped onion to the bacon grease and stir until translucent

Step 3Add cabbage, pepper flakes, salt and pepper, stirring until all cabbage is coated

Step 4Add the crumbled bacon bits, peeled and diced apple and cover. Cook over low heat until cabbage is tender.
