How to Make French Fried Dandelion Blossoms


  1. Clean and soak dandelion blossoms in salt water for 30 minutes.
  2. Then dip in beaten egg
  3. .Then in a mixture of flour and corn meal.
  4. Brown on both sides in hot grease or lard.
    Half ripe tomatoes are good this way, too.
