- - cornmeal
How To Make french fried dandelion blossoms

Step 1Clean and soak dandelion blossoms in salt water for 30 minutes.

Step 2Then dip in beaten egg

Step 3.Then in a mixture of flour and corn meal.

Step 4Brown on both sides in hot grease or lard. Delicious. Half ripe tomatoes are good this way, too.
