four cheese portabello mushrooms

I wanted to come up with an quick and easy side for dinner. and this is great.

Ingredients

  • 6 large fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
  • 3 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chream cheese
  • 2 - scallions choped fine
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch garlic salt

How To Make four cheese portabello mushrooms

  • Step 1
    in a bowl mix ricotta cheese,cream cheese parmesan cheese,garlic salt and scallions.mix together well
  • Step 2
    then in your rinsed mushrooms fill with the mixture then sprinkle the mozzarella over them and parsley flakes bake on 375 until the mozzarella is nicely melted it`s a quick easy way to love mushrooms!
