  • 6 large
    fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
  • 3 Tbsp
    ricotta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    chream cheese
  • 2
    scallions choped fine
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch
    garlic salt

How to Make Four cheese portabello mushrooms


  1. in a bowl mix ricotta cheese,cream cheese parmesan cheese,garlic salt and scallions.mix together well
  2. then in your rinsed mushrooms fill with the mixture then sprinkle the mozzarella over them and parsley flakes bake on 375 until the mozzarella is nicely melted it`s a quick easy way to love mushrooms!
