fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
3 Tbsp
ricotta cheese
3 Tbsp
chream cheese
scallions choped fine
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese
1 tsp
parsley flakes
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1 pinch
garlic salt

How to Make Four cheese portabello mushrooms


  • 1in a bowl mix ricotta cheese,cream cheese parmesan cheese,garlic salt and scallions.mix together well
  • 2then in your rinsed mushrooms fill with the mixture then sprinkle the mozzarella over them and parsley flakes bake on 375 until the mozzarella is nicely melted it`s a quick easy way to love mushrooms!
