- 6 large fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
- 3 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 3 tablespoons chream cheese
- 2 - scallions choped fine
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch garlic salt
How To Make four cheese portabello mushrooms

Step 1in a bowl mix ricotta cheese,cream cheese parmesan cheese,garlic salt and scallions.mix together well

Step 2then in your rinsed mushrooms fill with the mixture then sprinkle the mozzarella over them and parsley flakes bake on 375 until the mozzarella is nicely melted it`s a quick easy way to love mushrooms!
