How to Make Feta Stuffed Tomatoes
1Cut 4 tomatoes in half horizontally. Scoop out pulp, discard seeds and coarsly chop pulp.
2Stir pulp, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley and olive oil in medium bowl. Spoon into tomato shells. Place in 13x9 dish and bake at 350 for 15 min.
