1In a 2qt microwaveable bowl, add all ingrediants (measured to personal taste) and stir gently. Cover and microwave on high power for 2 minutes. Stir, cover loosly or vent, and continue cooking at medium power for 13 minutes or untill desired thickness has been reached. Stirring occasionally.
2This recipe is quite versital in that it can be also be baked in the oven using traditional baking dishes sprayed with a non-stick coating first. Cover with aluminum foil and bake aprox 30 minutes.
Bacon may also be added if desired. YUM!!
