Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising corn meal
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- - milk
How To Make cornbread -mary and melaine

Step 1Put 1/3 cup of oil, 3 large eggs, 1 1/2 cups of self-rising corn meal, 3/4 cup self-rising flour. Add milk to corn meal mixture stirring till fairly smooth. (About the consistency of cake batter.) Put separate 3 tablespoons oil in pan heat till very hot. Pour cornbread in skillet put in oven and check at 25 minutes. Knife can be clean when put it in the middle of cornbread and it comes clean.
