Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can 10 ounce can of evaporated milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (or 2 teaspoons) salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 pounds medium raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1 - 10 ounce package of frozen mixed vegetables (completely thawed and drained)
- 4 cups vegetable oil (for deep frying)
- 2 cups shredded crab meat (optional)
How To Make chamorro shrimp patties

Step 1combine eggs and evaporated milk in a bowl and beat together.

Step 2Add in flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other seasoning and mix.

Step 3Add in shrimp. crab meat (if you're using it), and mixed vegetables and combine.

Step 4Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high

Step 5When the oil is heated, drop large spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until golden. Use a bamboo skewer and poke it through the patty to make sure it's done. If the skewer comes out clean, then it's just right.

Step 6Drain oil over paper towels and serve.
