brussel sprouts and quinoa side dish
I love this combination. it is I think the only dish I do not add onions and garlic too.

Ingredients
- 2 cups - quinoa, cooked
- 1 cup brussel sprouts, fresh
How To Make brussel sprouts and quinoa side dish

Step 1Cut brussel sprouts into 4 ths and put in water on a stove. bring to a boil, with 1 tsp oil or butter and cover and turn off heat. leave 15 minutes. Meanwhile cook quinoa as directed and set aside.

Step 2Drain brussel sprouts and add to the quinoa add butter and serve. I like it with extra butter and salt and pepper.

Step 3You can do the same with cauliflower.
