How to Make Brussel Sprouts and Quinoa side dish
- Cut brussel sprouts into 4 ths and put in water on a stove. bring to a boil, with 1 tsp oil or butter and cover and turn off heat. leave 15 minutes.
Meanwhile cook quinoa as directed and set aside.
- Drain brussel sprouts and add to the quinoa add butter and serve.
I like it with extra butter and salt and pepper.
