quinoa, cooked
1 c
brussel sprouts, fresh

How to Make Brussel Sprouts and Quinoa side dish


  • 1Cut brussel sprouts into 4 ths and put in water on a stove. bring to a boil, with 1 tsp oil or butter and cover and turn off heat. leave 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile cook quinoa as directed and set aside.
  • 2Drain brussel sprouts and add to the quinoa add butter and serve.

    I like it with extra butter and salt and pepper.
  • 3You can do the same with cauliflower.
