greek yogurt
1 c
1 Tbsp
sugar / honey
salt to taste
1 Tbsp
roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp
mint fresh, chopped

How to Make Boondi Raita


  • 1whisk yogurt with salt and suger / honey
  • 2Mix in fresh mint and 1 TBSP boondi. Cool the mixture. Add rest of the boondi just before you eat the raita so that it is crispy in yogurt. Add little milk if the mixture is thick.
  • 3Garnish with roasted cumin powder.
