Boondi raita is a side dish. It is made out of yogurt and boondi (drops made with chickpeas flour)

Ingredients For boondi raita

  • 2 c
    greek yogurt
  • 1 c
    boondi
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar / honey
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    mint fresh, chopped

How To Make boondi raita

  • 1
    whisk yogurt with salt and suger / honey
  • 2
    Mix in fresh mint and 1 TBSP boondi. Cool the mixture. Add rest of the boondi just before you eat the raita so that it is crispy in yogurt. Add little milk if the mixture is thick.

    Garnish with roasted cumin powder.
