Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 cup boondi
- 1 tablespoon sugar / honey
- - salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mint fresh, chopped
How To Make boondi raita

Step 1whisk yogurt with salt and suger / honey

Step 2Mix in fresh mint and 1 TBSP boondi. Cool the mixture. Add rest of the boondi just before you eat the raita so that it is crispy in yogurt. Add little milk if the mixture is thick.

Step 3Garnish with roasted cumin powder.
