This recipe was given to me back in 1995 from a woman I met at a baby shower. I had lost the recipe for years...couldn't find it anywhere and often searched recipe sites for something similar to no avail, but recently I found the old recipe again!

  • 1 pkg
    (8 serv) raspberry jello
  • 2 c
    hot water
  • 1
    small can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
  • 1
    small can blueberries, reserve juice
  • 1
    8 oz. container sour cream

How to Make Blueberry Jello Mold


  1. Dissolve jello in hot water.
  2. Combine pineapple and blueberry juice to equal 2 cps.--if not enough, add cold water.
  3. Chill jello in a medium bowl in refrigerator just until thickened.
  4. Fold in blueberries, pineapple and sour cream.
  5. Put into a mold and chill until set.
  6. Unmold when ready to serve.
