This lovely compound butter is delicious served on biscuits, scones, croissants or rolls. Makes for a very tasty breakfast or snack. I hope you will enjoy!

I cup of flavored butter (*chill time is not noted)

  • 1 c
    softened butter
  • 1/16 c
    honey (you may add more or less honey - but no more than 1/8 cup)
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    fresh thinly sliced mint
  • 1/16 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • pinch
    sea salt
  • 1/4 c
    fresh blackberries

How to Make Blackberry Mint Butter


  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl. Using a hand blender or food processor, mix everything together until evenly combined.
  2. Take a piece of plastic wrap, add the butter to it forming a log shape and twist the ends together.
  3. Chill in fridge until ready to use.
