    tomatoes. haved hoirzontally
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    chopped fresh oregano
  • ·
    fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 4 tsp
    olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Baked Parmesan Tomatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place tomatoes cut-side up on baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes
