1 Tbsp
capers, chopped
6 small
green olives, chopped
1½ c
chicken broth, non-fat

How to Make Baked Couscous

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 425° F.
  • 2Spray 8 inch baking dish with Pam. (I use Pyrex)
  • 3Mix all ingredients in baking dish.
  • 4Cover pan with foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
