Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
  • 6 small green olives, chopped
  • 1½ cups chicken broth, non-fat

How To Make baked couscous

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425° F.
  • Step 2
    Spray 8 inch baking dish with Pam. (I use Pyrex)
  • Step 3
    Mix all ingredients in baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Cover pan with foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
