Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- 6 small green olives, chopped
- 1½ cups chicken broth, non-fat
How To Make baked couscous

Step 1Preheat oven to 425° F.

Step 2Spray 8 inch baking dish with Pam. (I use Pyrex)

Step 3Mix all ingredients in baking dish.

Step 4Cover pan with foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
