How to Make Apricot Couscous


  1. In saucepan, heat chicken broth.
  2. Cut dried apricots into thin strips and add to chicken broth.
  3. Add grated orange rind to chicken broth and boil.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in couscous. Cover and let sit 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with green beans and Sweet Honey Pork.
