- 1 can chicken broth
- 8 - dried apricots
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 can green beans
How To Make apricot couscous

Step 1In saucepan, heat chicken broth.

Step 2Cut dried apricots into thin strips and add to chicken broth.

Step 3Add grated orange rind to chicken broth and boil.

Step 4Remove from heat; stir in couscous. Cover and let sit 5 minutes.

Step 5Serve with green beans and Sweet Honey Pork.
