Ingredients
- 4 cups white sugar
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons pickling salt or kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 4 - cucumbers, sliced
- 4 - onions, sliced
How To Make ann's (walt's) pickles

Step 1Boil all brine ingredients together and then cool.

Step 2Pour over sliced cucumbers and onions

Step 3Put in fridge for 4 days - stir every day with wooden spoon. Makes enough for a 3.79 liter bucket with lid.
