I like to find healthy alternatives to some of my favorite foods. I love fried/stewed apples and I found a wonderful way to still enjoy this delicious food, while trimming down calories and fat. These apples are wonderful! Just serve over a hot bowl of oatmeal or your favorite hot cereal for a healthy, nutritious breakfast. They are also delicious at supper time when served as a side dish with pork chops. You truly won't miss the fat and calories. Hope y'all enjoy!
