Great way to store excess passionfruit for later in year. Great to add to fruit salad or stewed apple. One cube is usually plenty for enough fruit salad for 4 people.

1Cut each passionfruit in half, scoop out contents, tip into icecube trays, freeze. can be removed from trays n bagged free flow later if desired. To use simply add to desired meal, will defrost quickly by self.
