This recipe was given to me as a side dish served with ham. My family loves it and I have to make it for every family gathering. It's so simple to make and only has 5 ingredients.

  • 15 oz can(s)
    crushed pineapple - drained
  • 5 slice
    bread - torn
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 stick
    butter - melted

How to Make Pineapple Stuffing

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 375o for 1/2 hour. Top should be starting to turn brown.
