This recipe was given to me as a side dish served with ham. My family loves it and I have to make it for every family gathering. It's so simple to make and only has 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz cans crushed pineapple - drained
  • 5 slices bread - torn
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 stick butter - melted

How To Make pineapple stuffing

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 375o for 1/2 hour. Top should be starting to turn brown.
