My friend served this side dish at her recent dinner. It went well with her baked chicken.

Ingredients For pineapple strada

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 20 oz. can
    crushed pineapple
  • 6 slice
    white bread, cubed

How To Make pineapple strada

  • 1
    Cream butter and sugar in electric mixer. Add eggs and beat well.
  • 2
    Drain pineapple and stir into butter mixture. Add bread cubes and stir until coated.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350' for 1 hour. Enjoy !!
