I came up with this one day when I had a pineapple that was getting ripe.
It is great as a side dish for fish or burgers and sausages.

Add to Grocery List

1 medium
red or vidalia sweet onion
1 medium
red, orange or yellow pepper
1 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1/4 c
lemon or lime juice
1 dash(es)
cracked black lemon pepper

How to Make Pineapple Salsa


  • 1Cut and core a fresh pineapple.
    I usually cut into small pieces.
  • 2Cut the peppers & onions into small pieces.
  • 3Chop the cilantro to the desired consistency you wish, I usually do a fine chop
  • 4Mix all of the ingrediants in a bowl.
    Add the cracked pepper and lemon juice.
  • 5Put bowl into fridge and chill for a hour.
