3 cfresh cranberries
1/2 cwhite sugar or splenda
1 smallpkg. red jello (i use sugar free)
1 capples, peeled, cored, chopped
1/2 cwalnuts, roughly chopped
1/2 cchopped celery
How to Make Not Your Same Ol' Cranberry Relish/Salad
- Wash cranberries. Put in a pan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook until they start popping, stir and go a couple minutes longer.
- Add sugar and jello to the cooked cranberries; cool.
- Add the apples, walnuts and celery stirring well.
Place in a covered container and refrigerate.
This will last up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
