This is a very refreshing salsa.If you don't like hot spicy foods then just adjust the amount of jalapeno added.

Ingredients

  • 2 - mangos (not too ripe)
  • 1/2 - purple onion, chopped
  • 1/2 - lime juice
  • 1 - jalapeno
  • pinch chipotle chili powder
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh and chopped

How To Make mango salsa

  • Step 1
    Peel off the skin from the mangoes. Chop them into little pieces.Add onion and lime juice (or lemon juice).Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Fry the jalapeno pepper on a stove fire or on a grill. Add the jalapeno, cilantro, salt, pepper, and chipotle powder to taste.
  • Step 3
    Serve with grilled chicken breast or any other grilled meats you'd prefer.
