Ingredients
- 2 - mangos (not too ripe)
- 1/2 - purple onion, chopped
- 1/2 - lime juice
- 1 - jalapeno
- pinch chipotle chili powder
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh and chopped
How To Make mango salsa

Step 1Peel off the skin from the mangoes. Chop them into little pieces.Add onion and lime juice (or lemon juice).Set aside.

Step 2Fry the jalapeno pepper on a stove fire or on a grill. Add the jalapeno, cilantro, salt, pepper, and chipotle powder to taste.

Step 3Serve with grilled chicken breast or any other grilled meats you'd prefer.
