How to Make Fried Apples


  1. Peel, core and thinly slice apples
  2. Melt butter in pan over medium heat
  3. add apples, cinnamon and brown sugar to pan
  4. stir to coat apples evenly with all ingredients
  5. cover and cook slowly on medium low heat for about 20-30 minutes until apples are tender. Stirring occasionally. Remove lid during last 5 minutes of cooking to thicken sauce
