Ingredients For fresh and healthy cranberry sauce

    2 bags fresh cranberries
  • 1 can
    1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    of chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    finely chopped celary
  • 1 box
    1 large box of rasberry jello
  • 1 c
    of sugar

How To Make fresh and healthy cranberry sauce

  • 1
    First wash & drain cranberries in colander. Chop cranberries in a food processor. Add 1 cup of celary, 1 cup of chopped pecans and 1 cup of sugar to cranberries in a large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour Remove from Refrigerator and add 1 can of crushed pineapple with juice, then stir. Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 large box of Rasberry Jello, stir. ((DO NOT)) add the 2 cups of cold water as directed on the jello box! Pour Jello over your mixture, stir and refrigerate overnight. Recipe can be doubled for large family gatherings.
