cranberries, fresh (if using frozen chop before thawing)
oranges, quartered and seeded ( do not peel)

How to Make Cranbery-Orange Relish


  • 1Put raw oranges and cranberries through food chopper. Add sugar and mix well.
  • 2Chill in refrigerator a few hours before serving.

    This relish will keep well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
