This is a holiday favorite! It keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks. It makes one quart.

    sugar or a bit less
  • 4 c
    cranberries, fresh (if using frozen chop before thawing)
  • 2
    oranges, quartered and seeded ( do not peel)

How to Make Cranbery-Orange Relish


  1. Put raw oranges and cranberries through food chopper. Add sugar and mix well.
  2. Chill in refrigerator a few hours before serving.

    This relish will keep well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
