This is a holiday favorite! It keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks. It makes one quart.
Ingredients For cranbery-orange relish
2 csugar or a bit less
4 ccranberries, fresh (if using frozen chop before thawing)
2oranges, quartered and seeded ( do not peel)
How To Make cranbery-orange relish
1Put raw oranges and cranberries through food chopper. Add sugar and mix well.
2Chill in refrigerator a few hours before serving. This relish will keep well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
