Ingredients

  • 3 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1 large
    gala apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 c
    golden raisins
  • 1 stick
    cinnamon, broken in half
  • 3 clove
    whole

How to Make CRANBERRY SPICE CHUTNEY IN THE CROCK POT

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker
  2. Cook on High for 3 - 4 hours until the cranberries have burst and the apples are tender.
  3. Remove the lid. Continue simmering until the chutney gets to your desired consistency.
  4. Let cool and serve. Keep in the refrigerator. It also freezes well.
