Cranberry Sauce

1 3/4 c
fresh cranberries
1/2 c
pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp
sea salt
1 tsp
balsamic vinegar


1In a pot on medium-high heat, combine the ingredients and bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once sauce has thickened, taste test, and add vinegar is desired. Serve warm or chilled.
