This is a recipe from my late Mother-in-Law's cookbook that she made every holiday. It is really different and delicious and super simple to put together and there's NO COOKING involved. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound cranberries
- 1 large or 2 small oranges
- 2 cups sugar
How To Make cranberry orange relish

Step 1Put cranberries through grinder. Peel orange, removing seeds and all white membrane, leaving pulp exposed on surface. Put some of the rind, and all the pulp through grinder. Add sugar and blend well. Put in container and let stand overnight in the refrigerator so flavors blend.

Step 2This keeps indefinitely.

Step 3Please realize this is a very old recipe. I copied it just the way Mom had it, by "grinder", I think a food processor or Ninja is the ticket today.
