How to Make Cranberry Orange Relish
- Put cranberries through grinder. Peel orange, removing seeds and all white membrane, leaving pulp exposed on surface. Put some of the rind, and all the pulp through grinder. Add sugar and blend well. Put in container and let stand overnight in the refrigerator so flavors blend.
- This keeps indefinitely.
- Please realize this is a very old recipe. I copied it just the way Mom had it, by "grinder", I think a food processor or Ninja is the ticket today.
