  • 1/2 c
    freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    apple juice
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3 c
    (12 oz.) cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp
    lemon zest

How to Make Citrus Cranberry Sauce


  1. Mix sugar and water in a medium saucepan; stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to a broil; add cranberries, return to broil. Reduce heat; boil gently 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cool completely at room temperature and refrigerate. Make about 2 ¼ cups.
